Texts in SO

Hi Gurus,

we have a requirement of displaying texts in sales order at the initial screen of the order entry so that it is easy for the user to enter the text.

Please suggest ...

hi arvind,

This is possible by configuration..

Goto SPRO> sales and distribution>Text control>Define and assign text determination procedures(Tcode- VOTXN)

Select sales document(Header or item as per your requirement)

Select text detemination procedure and then select text procedure assignment

There is a column"Text in overview screen"..Tick the check box..

It activates the text in overview screen of Sales order.
