Customizing Solman Workcenter

Hi,

In Solution Manager Workcenter (solman_workcenter) I create custom Queries in Change Management module, and I would like these queries to be available to other uses (all users within a role for instance)

Is there a way of doing this?

Or may be for publishing custom queries I need other different functionality in ChaRM that Im not aware of.

Hi,

Work Centers are not customizable. SAP Provides following work centers

System Administration

System Monitoring

Incident Management

Job Scheduling Management

Business Process and Interface Monitoring

Root-Cause Analysis

Service Delivery

Change Management

Solution Landscape and Operations Setup

Implementation & Upgrades Setup

If are looking at creating custom queries, you need to modify the web templates in BI available for workcenters.

This should help, feel free to revert back.

Actually it has partially resolve my questions, and generates me another one.

You said something about 'modify the web templates' through BI for workcenters.

How can I do that, or find documentation about it?

You may also adapt the role menu to add or remove links which appear in

the "Related Links" area of the Work Center. You may add the following

items to the role menu:

o URLs to any Web site.

o SAP GUI Transactions in your Solution Manager System.

o Web Dynpro or BSP applications in your Solution Manager System.

composite roles, and on adapting the existing roles.
