More transport symbol at stms_import queue

Hi

We are transported a request in production system. Wrong client

number has been entered. Import got terminated. The same time a

new request has been transported thru stms_import. Now in queue

it is showing two transport symbol (Truck)

Please suggest the solution

Hi Vimal,

Check the latest logs in usr\sap\trans\log\SLOG---.log

Also check from SAP--->TCode STMS_IMPORT >Goto>Import Monitor and then Refresh.

STMS_IMPORT >Goto>TP Sys Log (see the error if any). This displays SLOG file which is at OS only.

Also check RDDIMPDP job is in scheduled state

Hello,

You can have a look at the import history or check the logs to find out the status of both the requests.

Also look at the OS level for the "trans/tmp" folder if any stuck request is lying in the tmp folder, if the folder has terminated request number then you delete the same and then observe transport queue.

Hi,

It is common that stms shows two transport truck symbols. One truck symbol(full truck) indicates to import all transport requests at once (usually deactivated in production) and another semi truck symbol to import the selected transport.
