Hello experts.
To explain my problem first have a look at this screenshots:
[Citrix TerminalServer|http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/3063/citrix.jpg]
[Local|http://img25.imageshack.us/img25/7409/localb.jpg]
How you see, the difference is that on the Citrix TerminalServer(Windows 2003 Server with SP2) every HTML control is empty(about:blank page) and on my local machine (Windows XP) the html control works fine.
In Both systems we've installed Sap Gui 7.10 PatchLevel 12 and Internet Explorer 7.
I've read many OSS notes about this but nothing solved this problem.
Any ideas?
Hi!
Could you fix it?
We have same problem!
Best Regards.

Hello,
Try to install SAP note 738927.
Microsoft disables the moniker protocol from IE in XP SP2 and later.
The correction enable to use SAP pluggable protocol SAPHTMLP.
Good luck.

Yes, we also tried to set value 1, but didn't work.

This key is already defind and has value 2.
We also tried to set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\HHRestrictions
"ProtocolAllowList"="saphtml:" but didn't work.
Any other ideas?

Try to add
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions
"MaxAllowedZone"=dword:00000001
, after reboot your PC (Citrix in this case).
