Hi Experts,
Am posting this question coz am unable to read data from DB13
So Can i view this info from OS level???
Now the conf files are stored at this location
/appl/sap/etc
But no use.
Help appreciated

Hi,
You can check via cron if backups are scheduled via cron. You can list the contents of cron by crontab -l
Secondly if you are using backup software like HP's dataprotector then you need to check via data protector. Commands vary based on the version of data protector. BTW, what is the backup software are you using?

Hai,
Since you are using TIVOLI STORAGE MANAGER, check under /var/soe directory.
You will find the scheduler under this directory. It should look something like this /var/soe/r3<sid>/tsm4.1.
But the naming conventions might vary, use this as a hint.
You will need root access to check the directory /var.
