How to Insert a plain line in smart forms

Hi all,

In my requirement i need to draw a line after displaying item headings as shown below.

Ex :

NDC Number PDC Number Product description Item number

Hi,

If your header is in a TABLE then you can use the patterns for a line

if your header is in an TEMPLATE you can use frames for the cells to draw a lines.

Create text and use underscore is the best n easy option.

U are displaying the header using template or table node so just use pattern option and select the pattern having line only at bottom. it will give u the simple line as u want.

Give Bottom line for that row by clicking Bottom button in Table node Or Template node.

Because you will get the dotted line using &sy-uline&, so there is no other option

or

You can define a template and give the frame line only for the bottom line and write the headings in the template it will appear as a normal text with an underline.
