minimum value in sales order

CAN U PLZ TELL WHERE IS THE SETTING TO MAINTAIN MINIMUM ORDER IN A SALES ORDER.

go to V/06 and take condition AMIW and AMIZ these are related to minimum sales order value.

I have maintained AMIZ and AMIW condition record and its active. But i want it not to save sales order if it less than the value maintained in condtion record while its allowing to save in my case.

Hi

in stndrd functionality its not available as u said u have already maintained AMIW and AMIZ , if the minimum order value is less in order, it will automatically charged the difference amount as a surcharge by the system by using AMIW and AMIZ.

Dear Pankaj,

You can have minimum order quantity by maintaining at Material master -->Sales org data view but, I don't think you have option to control minimum value in sales order in the standrad functionality.

You can try with some user exit with the help of ABAPer.

Hello Friend,

Please be specific in your questions. What minimum you want in an order Order Quantity or Value. If it is Quantity then that can be achieved through Customer Material Info Records(VD51) and if it is value then you can choose HM00 in V/06 for the same.
