SAP standard transaction for missing parts

Hi!!! Friends,

Is there any SAP standard transaction (s) or procedure (s) which will give the list of missing components/ parts per sales order, process order, stock transfer, projects, subcontracting apart from V_V2, CO24 & ME2O standard transactions?

Hi Surajit

You can check in VA05 / VA05N.or V_RA also You can see the sales order , status , wheather it is open , processing or closed

Also check in VBEP table which will update the data

Here you can see both order quantity and confirmed quantity. Whatever order quantity is not confirmed, you can presume stock for those parts are not available.

Alternatively, you can check in Table VBEP where also, you can see the two fields

- Order quantity and

- Confirmed quantity

Hi,

From sales order only you will list out the list of missing parts.Got sales order Item view and from there choose Go to check there will be one icon for missed parts.Long time I have used this fuctionality but I remember it's available search all the tabs at sales order item level.
