LT10 - material cannot be transferred due to lock

We are doing LT10 transfer of material from on st type to another. Since there is a lock symbol against the line, we are not able to proceed.

what does this lock symbol means?

How do we go ahead and transfer the material to new st type.

Anyone know how to lock storage Bin in WP(wharehouse) from any movement but still nettable.Only be released when necessary

Hi,

Just go to LT22 and click the material then check background in the tool bar and you unlock it

LT10 is the transaction used to transfer stock from bin to bin. (Nothing but a manual TO)

Only for -ve quant there will be lock.

this is why because we can able to move only the +ve quant to some other storage bin.

Check for open TO items

bin blockage and inventory active for a bin

The Lock symbol means that the storage bin is blocked for particular reason like stock count. Go to LS02N and uncheck the 'stock removal block' for that bin, by agreeing in terms with the person who has blocked it.

After removing the block check you can now transfer the material in LT10 as normal.

The bin is not bloced. There are no open physical inventory records.

Check whether stock is negative. if source storage type has stock try with different radio buttons Quant, SU, Storage bin.

Stock is available. Tried with other like quant etc. But still not able to move. Lock symbol persists.

Are there any other open TO items? Check LT24.

There should be already some some TOs created to move the stock from Or to bin.Please chek them and confirm all the TOs associated with that bin and then try moving thru LT10
