Nothing display in first screen of DB02

Dear All,

In one of my server, When i am executing DB02 transaction, it is showing nothing on front window in overview sections. When i am going in detailed analysis, it shows the values.

Plz tell me what i have to do to resolve this.

Componet version SAP Solution Manager 4.0,

Kernel release 700,

DB - oracle 10.2.0.2.0,

OS - Windows 2003 server.

Basis SP - 700 - 0013

You have to search in SDN and you will find the solution of your problem. Hardly you need to spend some time to find out the OSS not related to your problem and you have to change some setting according to the note.

Thanks to all of you.

My problem has been resolved after follow the note 868063.

But still DB02, DB02OLD & DB02N are executable and showing same data.

Is it OK or i have to do some more thing to deactivate one or two of these three?

You have to deactivate DB02 after four week of activation of DB02N,

once check collector reports RSORATDB or RSDBPREV in following acc to ur sap version

COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR or SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR

Please check SAP standard jobs are running. You can check via SM37.
