APO Forecast release

Hi,

We are trying to release forecast from APO to R/3. For one plant, the forecast values are not moved to R/3 and we are getting below given message.

"Material plant combination not planned"

The plant is assigned in selection ID.

Please provide your inputs on possible reasons for the issue.

Hi Nataraj,

Few possible reasons could be ;

1) CVC's not properly maintained in APO

2) Integration models not active for location

3) MRP type of items in the plant not XO but ND

4) Few master data of items in location or location itself missing in R/3 or in APO

Please confirm whether your error fits in any of the categories on the above.

Also analyse the job log which will give more insights to you on this error

You are releasing this forecasst from APO-SNP to R/3..is it?

If you are getting a location id and need to know the location code, you could use /sapapo/loc.

You could also check if this material location combination exist in R/3?

We are releasing forecast from APO DP to R/3 and the material location combination does exist in R/3.
