Free Goods Problem

Hello All,

This problem is related to access sequence for free goods in sales order.While doing Free Goods Determination through VBN1 when I am maintaining free goods in the inclusive scenario the Access Sequence consisting of Condition Table 923 with a combination of "Sales org./Distr. Chl/Plant/Material" is not getting activated and its showing the following error message -

Wheras when I am maintaining the free goods in the inclusive scenario the Access Sequence consisting of Condition Table 922 with a combination of " Sales org./Distr. Chl/Plant/Material Pricing Group " is getting activated and the free goods are reflected accurately in the order.

The fields in the Condition Table 922 with the combination of "Sales org./Distr. Chl/Plant/Material Pricing Group" are as follows -

Condition Doc Structure Doc.Field Long Field Label

VKORG KOMK VKORG Sales Organization

VTWEG KOMK VTWEG Distribution Channel

Considering the above scenario please provide suggestions / solutions to solve the problem.

Hi,

did u get the released status with green light for ur condtable. please check, if not go to ur access sequence select ur condition table and double click on fields under dialogue structure and save it. and then try. plz revert back.

Now the problem is solved.

The problem was with the condition tables.

Hi Priyanka

But as per the error you have not maintained Material pricing grp in the MMR that is the reason the access sequence is not meeting

Also Check in the free goods access sequence ,As you have maintained two conditon tables 922 & 923 . check wheather wheather you have maintained another conditon table also. And also check wheatehr any requirements or Exclusion Indicator has been checked for the conditon tables.
