adding one more option in reason for rection

hi experts,

in sales order creation va01 reason for rection column ,i need to add one more field after sales order changed...what all the necessary things for it .

we are in live ..so pls advice me how to do it.what all the necessary steps for it.

for reason for rejection

spro--sales and distributionsales-sales documents-sales doc header--define order reasons

i checked by changing and alos cross checked in vbak table it is working fine ..

if your revenue account determination if u use the order reason as a field , so check in VKOA revenue account determination settings
