Hi gurus,

I'm planning to integrate service desk in solution manager to my external helpdesk application (remedy).

But before that, I need to set up connection by netweaver.

When I want to login via webdynpro, I got the following error:

Note

    * The following error text was processed in the system SOM : WebDynpro Exception:
Application // Does Not Exist

    * The error occurred on the application server solman40_SOM_00 and in the
work process 0 .

    * The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

    * The ABAP call stack was:
      Method: RAISE of program CX_WD_GENERAL=================CP
      Method: IF_WDR_RUNTIME~GET_RR_APPLICATION of program CL_WDR_MAIN_TASK==============CP
      Method: HANDLE_REQUEST of program CL_WDR_CLIENT_ABSTRACT_HTTP===CP
      Method: IF_HTTP_EXTENSION~HANDLE_REQUEST of program CL_WDR_MAIN_TASK==============CP
      Method: EXECUTE_REQUEST of program CL_HTTP_SERVER================CP
      Function: HTTP_DISPATCH_REQUEST of program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME
      Module: %_HTTP_START of program SAPMHTTP

Is there any gurus willing to help?

Thanks.

It seems you have not activated the SICF services...goto SICF transaction

Hierarchy type-> service...press execute and then activate all the appropriate services.

for e.g for workcenter services if you to sicf_inst transaction and enter here sm_implementation it will activate the required services for it

but if you are aware of the service you can do it directly from sicf.

Try activating SICF_INST ....WEBDYNPRO this will activate webdynpro services ...it might resolve your problem

Hope it helps
