Hi,
Configured File to BPM to IDoc scenario.
Placed the file on FTP server. File was picked successfully. But AFW failed and got the message as follows:
'Transmitting the message to endpoint http://yhsapdev05:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect'.
Can any body help me out?
Regards,
Suraj Kumar

Can you check the Exchange profile ->Connections ->
com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.r3.httpport if the HTTP connection is maintained ?

Hi Suraj,
This is not related to your question atall, but to the scenario developed by you.
In the scenario you have mentioned that you place the file in the FTP server, and the file was picked up successfully.
I have a somewhat similar scenario in which i am using FTP on the sender side.
But in the RWB in the adapter monitoring i see the following error:
Sender Adapter v1014 for Party '', Service 'SenderService':
Configured at 14:33:41 2006-05-25
Processing Error: Error connecting to ftp server '10.1.6.116': java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
last retry interval started 14:50:12 2006-05-25
length 30,000 secs
Since you have done a similar scenario successfully can you please suggest what could be the possible error.
Regards
Neetu

Do check the url pipeline in the SLD -> XI business system configured.
It needs to be in the format -> http://<hostname>:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry
Else try a restart of the server (at times it works )
