incomplete customer hierarchy in billing documents

Hello,

we are having problem were we do not have correctly populated customer hierarchy in billing documents. We are using scenario with external system where into our SAP client are arriving only data which create directly billing document with reference to an external document (so no delivery-related or order-related creation).

Problem is that while creation of the billing document we got from customer hierachy only 1D partner and we are missing 1A, 1B and 1C.

Did you check in configuration that all the partners are in the procedure and that the customer hierachy master data is set up?

Customer Hierarchy

You can create n level hierarchy for customers as per zone, sales office, group, sales organization, dist channel, or division too so first create it

First creat seperate nodes of customers

Define hierarchy as per company norms

Assign the nodes to each other.

once you assign the nodes to each other as per sales office etc, you can pass on the information or relevant data to each hierarchial node. and it will eliminate redundancy and will save time and effort req
