Could you help tell

1) how to show user SAP<SID>DB is locked or not?

2) what is the syntax to unlock it?

3) hwo to reset its password (update SAP<SID>DB set password='XXXX';)?

go to sql server management studio console , then expand the tree and go to security then under login you will find all the users : right click on the user then properties .

Hi,

Check the below note this was for oracle DB, in one of above answer, he said abt for MSSQL.
