/sapapo/cq in APO

Hi,

I use /sapapo/cq in APO (scm 4.1), but the R/3's Inbound and Outbound queues are not displayed at all. I select all available systems, but that does not help. Any suggestions what may be the reason for that behavior?

Please checkwith basis team whether the logical system is maintained correctly in all respects. In cq transaction, ensure the logical system is selected correctly, put tick marks on monitor inbound queues and expand node.

Hi All,

I use the following selection:

'Only show blocked queues' = 'not checked'

'Monitor Inbound Queues' = 'checked'

'System' = *

'Object Types' = *

'Plug-in outbound types'=*

'Check CIF error handling' = 'checked'

When I press F8 I do not see the arrows for R/3's Inbound and Outbound.

Hi Alper,

You are to maintain SPRO-> Integration with SAP components->Integration of SAP SCM and SAP R/3->Basic setting for cr. the syst. Landscape->Assign Logical System and Queue Type.

Hi Alexander,

That is what I have there:

BSG Log.sys ; R/3 Flag Rel. Queue Type Error Handl. Role

APO_PRD P00400 Y ECC5 Inbound Queues Strict (Terminate at Errors) Not Specified

APO_PRD P10400 3.50 Outbound Queues Strict (Terminate at Errors) Not Specified

APO_PRD P20400 41 Inbound Queues Strict (Terminate at Errors) Not Specified

APO_PRD P22400 700 Inbound Queues Strict (Terminate at Errors) Not Specified

Do you have an idea if the R/3 flag should be Y or X. Does it matter?

It should be X.

Check the Rel.(release) field for your systems. The correct release you can see in each system from main menu System->Status->magnifier icon.

Hi Alexander,

Thanks!

I have set the R/3 Flag to X (it was Y) and that solved the problem.

Hope you are checking off the checkbox for "Only show blocked queus"

Alternatively, you can use SMQ2 for monitoring inbound queues and SMQ1 for monitoring outbound queues

Hope this helps!
