Hi,

You can not archive the idocs arbiterily.There are certain status codes in the standard system to allow an idoc to be archive

03,18,19,21,31,33,38,40,41,53,57,68,70,73.

This information is stored in the standard table STACUST.

RSEXARCA is archiving program and RSEXARCD is a delection program

RSEXARCR reads from the archive.

RSEXARCL reloads from archive.

RSRLDREL removes the link between idocs and bussiness doccuments such as PO and SO.....

Hi,

IDocs can be archived using SARA transaction and can also be deleted by blocking the Idoc which would be reflected as 59 status.

Hi,

You can archive Idocs by going to transaction <SARA> and giving the standard archiving object name IDOC. Here you will find the options like WRITE, DELETE, READ etc which would help you to archive IDOCs.

The status of idocs which could be archived can be checked in transaction <WE47>. Got to the transaction <WE47> and double click on any status and under the tab Archiving if the radio button "Poss" is checked, then archiving is enabled for that status. If the radio button "excluded" is checked then that means this status cannot be archived. This could be maintained as per your wish.

Hello,

You can run the program RC1_IDOC_SET_STATUS to convert the IDOC to status '68' (Error - No further processing). Later, you can run the program RSEXARCA for archiving IDOCs with suitable variant.
