I posted the question here because I read other posts regarding similar problems in here, but it could be the wrong place as you say.
The issue I'm facing regards Alert Management.
I want to set an alert for a crm opportunity and its closing date. 10 days before the closing date the alert must start.
My problem is bound to how make the system check the closing date and trigger the alert.
PS If it's the wrong place I'll close the message and re-open in another forum.
