IDOC Delayed in SAP to XI

Hi Gurus ,

An IDOC is resent and there is a delay from SAP to XI changing sales order .

Pls tell me a valid reason for this .

Hi,

It might be possible that due to the large generation of the IDoc, the standard jobs might not picking up the IDocs within the scheduled time due to which their might be a delay.

Hi ,

qrfc and TRFC queue ..

TRFC -- SM58

Qrfc-- SMq1 and SMQ2

and also check batch job schudluing for creating new IDOC

Hello,

Please check up you tRFC queue using SM58. This may be chocked due to hundreds of messages waiting at a particular moment. If so, you can flush them using menu option. Also, check up your partner profile configuration (WE20) for Output Mode.

Hi,

If you have the IDOC number, you may want to try check via WE02 and see what is the status first. Sometimes, the traffic light might be green but it could still get stucked. You have to see what is the system messages given for that respective IDOCs.
