Hi experts

We have a webshop with a certain product catalog assigned. When we access the webshop we get following error.

'ISA Framework: Internal Error: java.lang.NullPointerException'. We have an idea that it is the Trex server not running. Is that correct?

Do you know how to test if the T-rex server is running?

We are running CRM 4.0

hi,

We´re using CRM4 too and our b2b shop didn´t work without TREX too.

Do you use the sapmmc? There you should see if TREX is running or not.

Otherwise you can start the TREXadmin in /usr/sap//TREXadmin.bat.

What version of TREX do you use?
