Adobe Forms Button click not working

Former Member

Hi,

I've an Adobe form developed by our consultant.

When I open that form and click on one button on the form, approve/reject event executes.

On some of the PCs, button click is not working at all.

It allows to click on button but not displaying any popup and nothing happen in background too.

Is there anything which requires to be installed on PC in addition to the latest Adobe reader 9.0?

Naimish.

Hi Naimish,

There ia a separate forum for Adobe forms, you'll find a solution to this there quite easily.

You may check this thread:

Also, you may wish to use ZCI feature in case you are not using the same for your forms.

Hi Naimish,

As you say, the button click works on some & doesnt work on some PCs. So issue seems to be specific to machine settings.

Verify that the popups are not blocked, you are using atleast IE 6.0 (with all updates).

Also, I would advise you to use corresponding Adobe version (recommended for your NWDS/WAS release) instead of the latest one.

Hope this helps you.

Kind Regards,
