Dear All,

While making a project , For a certain activity , initially i gave number=1 and execution factor =2 due to which my planned total work remained same but duration got doubled. To correct the same , i interchanged values of number and execution factor in project builder screen for certain activities and saved the project. But when i reopened the project , i realise that the quantity of material attached to certain activities has changed and also the finished date of project has changed. When i checked , i found that last activity has FS relation with its predecessor. Predecessor has finish date 20/5/09 , despite this last activity is showing start date as 20.1.2010 inatead of 21/5/09. What may be the reason?

hi,

check if you have an interval in your FS relationship... also make sure project is scheduled again..

problem may be from different sources.. kindly revert and give other feedback..
