Default Settlement Type for Settlement Receiver

Hi,

For actual settlement rule for WBS element, I noticed if settlement receiver is CTR then the settlement type is being defaulted to PER (although still changeable by user) and if G/L then its FUL.

I would like to know if there is any SAP standard config to default the CTR to FUL instead.

I noticed normal validation rule for WBS Element could not work - unless there is custom user exit. Could you also advise if there is a way - without use of custom user exit.
