Configuring multiple forms for PO

Hi,

In the SRM system, we are customising the Purchase Order (PO). I am able to call this customised PO by replacing the standard smart form (BBP_PO) with my "Z" smartform in TCode SPPFS . However there is place only for one form in this transaction.

Problem:

I will be having 2 forms that I want to display in the SRM portal. One will have the PO data and the other will have the terms and conditions. How and where do I configure so that I can call the 2 forms in sequence, on clicking the button (preview) in the SRM portal

Hello,

Why don't you simply include your 2 forms in just one?

I'm no smartform specialist but you should be able to simulate 2 documents with a single smartform.
