BRF Expressions and Events transport

Hi Gurus!

I kindly need a support in order to transport from a client to another of the same system all the BRF events and expressions created in tcode BRF for the process workflow.

Can anybody suggest a way to do it, since I cannot find it.

You can try this

Go to transaction SPRO-> Customer Relationship Management -> Industry-Specific Solutions -> Public Sector -> Business Rule Framework -> Transport and/or Copy BRF Objects within SAP CRM

Specify the Application class name which has to be copied or transported. Also specify the source client number from which you have to copy.

This step has to be performed in Tartget system .... to where you want to transport the BRF

Hi Surya,

we are using that report with teh option TRANSPORT so that the system is supposed to popup a request creation page....but this is not happening...any clues?

BTW we read in the SAP help the following:

To transport BRF objects that were not delivered by SAP, you must copy the report and add the tables to the include BRF_TRANSPORT_SIMPLE_MAIN manually.

If these tables are specialization tables, note the following:

Specialization tables for expressions: Enter an 'F' in the inverted commas

Specialization tables for actions: Enter an 'A' in the inverted commas
