Quality Audit score in Vendor Evaluation

Dear All,

How the score for quality Audit is calculated, if it is mentioned as a subcrieteria in Vendor Evaluation Main crieteria?

I have gone through SAP Help but i still not cleared how to create inspection lots for quality audit/ Vendor Audit.

I have tried in automatic evaluation of Vendor, My GR Inspection score is getting calculated but vendor Audit score is not getting calculated.

Kindly guide, what is missing?

but for that please create the inspection lot with 07 inspection type and do the UD .

My problem has solved. I have tested and it worked by creating manual lot and QM notification.

All scores are getting updated fine.

I'm closing the thread.

Dear Anil

Vendor Audit are based on 07 Inspection type. You can activate 07 inspection type for a material and create a manual lot using QA01. Mention in the vendor in the inspection lot creation data.

You can maintain an inspection plan according to vendor audit check list

Based in the UD given for the lot the vendor audit results are updated

Please let me know if you have any more doubts
