Service Desk problem(SLF1 not present)

Hi all,

SLF1 Transaction type is not present in my system i have activated service desk BC sets and it is working fine but what I have noticed is Transaction Type SLF1 is not present.

Please help me out.

in dno_cust01 -> SFL1 , you will see

Notificat. Type SLF1

ShortTxt NotTyp Service Basis Messge

LongTxt NotType Service Basis Message (ABA Message)

Number Range 01

Status Profile

FunctionCreator RP

Func.Curr.Proc. PR

Application DNO_NOTIF

Action Profile ---> fill in with SMSD_ABA_MLDG_SERVICEVORGANG

in dno_cust04

PROCESS_TYPE -> double click go in and make sure it is SLF1

If you are configuring the Service Desk scenario the transaction type is SLFN

Hi,

SLFN is indeed the Business Transaction for Service Desk messages.

But it is only the CRM side of the message.

When you want to send messages to SAP as well, or you want to use the Feedback functionality (help --> Create Support Message) you need also an ABA Notification.

The ABA notification which will be used is SLF1.

You can access this via transaction DNO_CUST01.
