Hi,

The data is stored in info structures in Sales Info System. this field identifies that this customer data is relevent for statistics or not. if u didnt give any value (not relevant) in this field then the data related to this customer will not be available in SIS.

regards,

sk

Hi Sunitha

The relevance of Customer statistics group is , if you maintain customer statistics group in CMR and when you want to generate the standard report's then , if you maintain the data Customer statistics group in CMR then you can generate the data of that CMR from the day he is there in the sales orgn.

For example :

If you want to generate the Customer report then , you have to make sure that you have to maintain the Customer statistics group feild in CMR

Hi

This field can primarily be used for two basic purposes

1. For maintaining Statistica as rightly pointed out by other friends

2. For maintaing prices

Customer Statistics Group can be taken as a field in creating condition table and we can maintain prices accordingly so that the price of the same material varies with two differentstatistics group of the customers

As on when the need arises we can use this field as these things are not very commonly used to give examples (practical examples)

Based on the client requirement and different scenarios we can use this field in real time implementations

When the need arises for you you will use this functionality

Regards

Raja

Hi,

For example; you have two two types of customer 1. wholesale and 2. retail... So you maintain two statistics group and when reporting you can differenciate this two.
