I have two distribution channel, 10 and 20 (10 is for supply and 20 is for servicing). I have maintained 3 tables for my access sequence ZPRC (Basic Price ) that is assigned to condition type ZPRC (Basic price) . Tables are (1) Sales organization (2) Material (3) Plant / Material

Now i have maintained record with the combination of plant / material.

When i am creating order with 10 distribution channel the system is picking the ZPRC condition record for material (record is created on plant/ material combination).

But when i am creating order through 20 distrbution channel , the system is not picking up ZPRC automatically. Even when i do analysis it is not showing table plant/material. This table is missing in the analysis.

For disctribution channel 10 pricing procedure is ZINFAS and for 50 distribution channel it is TINKY

my query why for one pricing procedure system is picking the condition record automatically and for other it is not picking pricing record.

Hi,

System search for suitable value from specific to generic. if u activate exclusion indicator in access sequence, system will not go further search if it finds suitable record from the first. in ur case system found the suitable value for material price which u have not maintained. I hope in MM01/Sales Org - 1/2 tab, conditions price is maintained, from there system taking. please check.

because you have material before Plant/material combination in access sequence.

Compare the settings in OVKK and V/08 for those two distribution channels. Problem could be in either of these areas.

Which condition record- system considered/ or not
