Workflow Error -- Error' 9' when calling service ' SO_OBJECT_SEND'

Could you pls tell me what will be the reason for this Error' 9' when calling service ' SO_OBJECT_SEND'

Hi,

One of the reason is the receiver's field is empty, the function are not able to send to blank receiver.

You may want to check your the srm user's account and try to use HRALXSYNC to fix it.

We are also facing the same problem, because of this Work item is endingup with error and Recevier is unable to receive the WI.

check the note 938147 for example...
