HI

This is 100 % possible with careful customization

You have to add the field Price list field in the condition table in which you are going to maintain prices

That is Price list field is to be added in the condition table (mostly you will using PR02 access sequence for maintaining prices) and PR00 condition type for maintaining prices

Suppose the material is Pen

For price list A the price can be Rs 10

For price list B the price can be Rs 11

You have maintain two records in VK11 according to different price lists

Now when you are going to place sales order in the item details in the SALES A tab you will find the price list field

If you input price list A the price will be Rs 10

If you input price list B the pricewill be Rs 11

So according to different price lists base the same material for the same customer system will pick different prices

For the user not o forget to fill the details of price list that can be added in the incompletion log of the sales order

SAP has carefully designed and given us many options like Price list to handle such scenarios only

Better to use this price list field instead of others for your requirement

This i have practically done

Hope this information will help you

Hi Ramanathan Raja & all,

While the answer given is correct, please consider the following.

Managing multiple price lists can be very tedious and downright expensive for companies which need to do more with fewer resources.

I would start by saying it is often simpler to use discounting than to maintain multiple price lists.

How would discounts be used?

Price promotions are available in ECC. These can be document and date specific. An entire branch of consumer product pricing processes "SAP Trade Promotion Management" is available for the massive use and adminstration of consumer product pricing.

For those with a simpler problem to solve, consider the use of a quotation process for incremental sales to a customer with which you are already doing business.

Maintain sales document [VOV8] configuration for your sales orders to ensure that the order will search and reference Quotations (and-or optionally contracts: "Outline agrmt mess.")

Quotation messages = A | B | C | D | E | F (choose the setting that satisfies your sales requirements). Copy controls need to be set for header and item level data to be taken from the quote to the order for header and item including the manual condition in the quote. Price re-caculations in the order need to be set to retain the manual condition during any repricing.

Configure your quotation document (start by copying document QT).

When these steps are done,

The process of offering a different price than is normally determined for your customer sale is to create the quote in advance for the customer with the intented price. You may at this point need to consider routing for approvals. Once approved the quote can be offered to the customer with a manual discount to differentiate the price from the customer's existing prices. The customer The customer need not include the quote in their PO when ordering. With the above settings, order processing will search and find the quote (based on critera that is also configurable but normally limited to matching Sold-to and material. The user is given an option to use the quote but automated referencing is also possible and useful for XML or EDI order processes.

While this doesn't as simple as maintaining multipl price lists, it has definate process benefits.

Of course the quoting and manual pricing processes are also avaliable in SAP CRM.

Dear Venu,

Field Price list can be found in

1. CMR: In XD01/2/3, Sales Area Data, Tab Sales

2. Sales order: In VA01/2/3, at header level, in Tab Sales

Dear Uwanthi Perera

It can be possible......Let's say your going to give Promotion price & Normal price for the same customer .

Maintain the Condition Record on the Basis of Direct DIstribution Chanel price is 100/-

Even if the Same customer gives with the Diff(Apart form Direct Distribution channel) price is-150/-

system will pick the price based on Condition records

Revert us back if u need more clarity

Hi,

you can do it with the following access key combination (condition tables)

Sales document type/customer/material ( or u can take any different key after customer/material, if document type is not possible)

for example:

ZOR/100000/XXX = 1000/-

YOR/100000XXX = 1100/-

u can control it in that way, but select sales docudment suitable at the time of ur sales order (promotions) try it

regards,

sk

hi

no it is not possible with standard table u have to create a condition table or search for the tables which has a price list or price group

u can have different prices for material for different customers

But do the required changes like adding the following fields in the condition table

like Price group/Price list
