CRM_DNO_MONITOR - changing status

Hello!

- support message is created while testing via Solman in transaction STWB_WORK

- this message can be seen in transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR

- message has the status New

- status dropdown list options are passive and can't be selected

--> Fast entry -> Service process: Status

QUESTION:

How the support message status can be changed in CRM_DNO_MONITOR, eg. to be 'Completed'?

Hi,

1. Execute CRM_DNO_MONITOR and select the message(Double Click) for which you want to change the status.

2. Stay on the "Fast Entry' Screen.

3. Choose the button "Display/Change Trans." (Just above the button "Transaction Data) to edit the message.

4. Under "Service Process", you can see column "Status".

5. Just select the status from the dropdown and SAVE. You should be able to see statuses "In Process, Customer Action, Sent to SAP, Proposed Solution, Confirmed".

6. The status will be changed once you save the changes.

Thanks for the information!

That was tried already earlier and options in dropdown list are not active and can't be selected. Maybe it's an authorization issue..

Another place where support messages status can be updated would be in the transaction DNOTIFWL:

Select notification -> Click the notification number on the list -> Change -> Change status

DNOTIFWL was suitable for our purposes.
