Hi All,

We are using ECC 5.0 and oracle in ibm AIX.

We would like to analysis the Transport and authorization for the month of Jan 2009. So we need any tool for these analysis. such as..

1. How many TP's we transported to production

2. How many authorization we have given in production system

Is there any Tcode or any tool is available for finding the details?

Kindly help!

Hi Sundar,

1. 1. How many TP's we transported to production

Goto SE16 and search the table E070 by giving the AS4DATE (transport date) value from and to dates for the month. So it displays no. of transports in the particular Date period including the total no.of transports count.

2. How many authorization we have given in production system

Goto SUIM and ->Change Document->For Users...don'g give any user name and give From date and To date field values then select Added profile and Delete profile check boxes for output 'List of the Change History' and don't select any checkbox value in 'Selection Crieteria for Changed Header data' then execute the reports. It gives you all the users changes in the particular time period including changed by, date, old value and new value.

Hope this is what you are looking.

Cheers......

Hi Sundar,

Have you assigned any roles or profiles for them? or just modified the roles which user already had?

Hi Gowrinadh,

I want all the changes done in last month for all users.

For Example,

the whole month

1 . How many roles i have created?

2. How many roles i have modified?(authorization given or removed in PFCG).

Such things i want to submit to my boss..

Dear Murali/Ravi,

For finding the authorization details, through the SUIM---->change documents

some manual intervension is required for getting the correct output.

is it anyother way to find the details?

But SUIM----Change documents is really helpful...

Thanks for the all replies

Hi Sundar,

1 . How many roles i have created?

goto SUIM->Change Document->For roles. In the screen give role name * and changed by your user-id and mention clearly from date and to date and in the below 'Change Document' column select 'Create and delete roles'. It displays all the the roles created/deleted by you.

2. How many roles i have modified?(authorization given or removed in PFCG).

goto SUIM->Change Document->For roles. In the screen give role name * and changed by your user-id and mention clearly from date and to date and in the below 'Change Document' column select 'Authorization Data'.

The both above options will help in fetching your results. You can try the output with different options also.

Cheers....

Go to STMS and then go to import history->there you can filter out the dates between which you want the transport lists, just give the dates and you will get the transports

1. How many TP's we transported to production

Check the TP log to see which one was the first and last transport done during that month and then go to STMS and count the transports in between them.

2. How many authorization we have given in production system

You mean changes in user authorizations?.... be very difficult to find that out. Try SUIM.
