Forgot your password or user ID? HELP

Hi Experts,

I am working on "Forgot your password or user ID? HELP"

It has 3 options,

1. I've forgotten my user ID

2. I've forgotten my password

3. I've forgotten both my user id and password

First one is working fine.

Second is not giving any result, I am able to receive the message at SRM Portal that password has been changed, and will be sent by mail.

But, when checking in the system, password is unchanged & mails is also not triggered.

What can be the problem, is any one have step wise configuration for this 2nd option, please help.

Hi experts,

This process is calling the tcode "bbpat04". When we are runing this tcode on SRM system mannualy, it is working fine for all the 3 options.

but from SRM portal only option 1 is working fine. option 2 is not working, and option 3 is partialy - for user id is working but for password it is not working.

what can be the problem ?
