SEARCH HELP for WBS Element , Cost Center , Order does not work

Hi Experts,

We are working on the upgrade from SRM 3.0 to SRM 5.0 Version. In the Upgraded portal, when we are trying to create a Shopping Cart in the Development Environment, in the Account Assignment Overview, the SEARCH HELP for WBS Element / Cost Center / Order does not work. When we click on the Binocular, nothing comes up.

Could you suggest any note or any correction procedure to resolve this problem.

Hi,

As i told earlier you should change system user status to Dialogue user which the user you are trying for.
