STO not appearing in VL10B transaction

Dear Guru,

I created STO with inter plant transter and shipping tab is also coming as per required in STO

but for further operation in VL10B transaction STO PO number is not appearing

Pl let me know if i have missed anything important.

Dear Friend

With STO if your PO is saved without any error and if you have the shipping tab in your PO then in VL10B or VL10F in the initial screen

you have to input shipping point

Deliverey creation date and then press F8 or Execute

Then only your PO no will appeart in a tab

Then you have to choose your PO tab (for which you have to create delivery and click background)

This will generate delivery

Your PO will not go and sit by default or we can see in default

Like when we deliver a sales order the sales order no automatically appars in the delivery creation initial screen

If you are looking for the same in STO it is not a standard functionality

You have to execute then only it will appear

What the system behaves is as per standard functionality only

Hi,

don't give any value in date selection fields and Rule for determining default value for deliv. creation date.

just enter shipping point and purchase order no and material manually and press F8, you will find purchase orders due for delivery.

Dear Vimlesh,

In VL10B STO PO no. can give manually in the purchase order tab, then click execute,after reaching the next screen select the line item and click on execute background. Then u will get the delivery no.

i tried both the options ..still not able to get the required STO PO number in the list

check which shipping point you have entered and check with STO item details in ME22N in shipping data tab

and let us know wether it is working or not

and check the configuration settings

I have checked the configuration setting normally required to setup STO

also shipping tab is appearing in the STO PO and also the information is appearing as required.

but the STO PO number is not appearing in the list.

i think i have forgot to make some important setting regarding to delivery or something else.

Pl suggest.

i forgot to release the PO that's why it wasn't appearing in the VL10B.

Hi vimlesh,

Please check one more setting.

Spro --> material management --> purchase order --> set up stock transport order -- > define shipping data for plant.
