Outbound Delivery

I want to reverse an outbaound delivery, which outomatically create a Picking and Goods Issue document, how do I reverse these document. Do I only reverse the pitbound delivery and with which transaction do I do that.

Hi,

reverse your PGI with T.code VL09 and it takes the movement type 602, which is not treated as returns it only reverse the PGI

Hi Chariold,

Cancel PGI using VL09

Goto VL02N, click on outbound delivery located at the top left corner then select delete.

Hello Friend,

Go to T.code VL09 and give the delivery for which you want to reverse the PGI and on top in the menu table you will get the Tab for Cancel/Reverse and select the Delivery number and press that Tab. Once it is done successfully then go to the concerned delivery in change mode and remove the picking items to have that Delivery again as open.

Through VL09 transaction you can do the reverse PGI.
