Slow Connection - database disconnected error

Hi

i am facing problem during the remote (through data card may be tat indicom or Relience) server access as it gives many times error. disconnected from database during the transactions & that session is terminated. However the other session remains working when acessed.

i only use one session at a time & keep second session open just to avoid re-login.

Please suggest where i can made modifications to set the connection as slow speed, will it work? if not any other wayout

Manvir,

from logon pad select the connection->properties->advanced->then select the low speed connection.
