Credit memo for a Fixed amount

Hi friends,

How can I create a Credit memo for a fixed amount rather than per no of items?While creating the CR with reference to the Billing doc...the system allows to generate credit memo request for the difference in amount per no of items by which Iam not able to arrive at the correct amount.Is there anything like Subsequent memo in MM which I can make use of in SD,so that I can generate credit for the exact amount?

Hi,

Credit memo can be created for fixed amount provided you delete all the conditions of the item and choose the the condition to which you want to post and put the fixed amount.This is possible in case of manual posting. Try and indicate the status.
