The space for coding Javascript for subtotalling in Adobe-Forms is inactive and also when I am trying to

select the language Java Script or Form Calc from the drop-down list, it is not getting selected as well..

Please help me out....

Hi Avishek

Check the element (static text/text field/numeric field..) for which you are scripting. You cannot script on a Static Text element.

Hi,

Select Events with Scripts in the option Show and then selct the Language as Java Script and Run at Client

Hi,

If you are writing your code for sub totals in master page of body page

click on master page then(in the tabstrip)

If it is master page select event as Layout ready and

select javascript in the language drop down list and

Run at client

OR

If your writing your code in body page

Click on body page(in the tabstrip)

select the event as form ready event

then you can write the code and click on + symbol
