Creating a PO always

Hi,

There is a requirement to create PO always at the time of creating sales order . It has been observed PO gets created when there is value in 'Plan delivery time ' in material master corresponding to the delivery time in Sales order .

What should be the settings to create PO always if the 'Plan delivery time' in material master is blank.The application uses GATP and PPDS.

Hi Mrinal,

1) To use the program for calculating the planned delivery time, scheduling of seasonal procurement must be active. The menu path in spro is SAP customising implementation guide > Materials management > Seasonal procurement > Scheduling > Process dates.

2) To calculate the planned delivery time you use program FRE_CALCULATE_PLIFZ or the Calculate Plan Delivery Time function.

3) To automatically assign references, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose

Logistics > Retailing > Distributed Retailing > F&R Integration à Planned Delivery Time > Calculation of Planned Delivery Time.
