SAp Splution Manager ChaRM detailed effort tracking

Hi All,

in ChaRM we want to record consumed working time for each change request (per activity like time spent for development , customizing, testing etc)). Just want to know if any one has done any custom development in ChaRM in this regard.

if yes, request you to share your approach and solution.

you might want to look into using the cProjects functionality in Solution Manager. This feature gives most of the project mgmt functions including resourcing, effort estimates and mgmt.
