QM inspection type 89.

Hi gurus,

I created Insp.lot manually, means inspection type 89.

Whe I do the UD, Inspectio Stock Tab is not available.

What is the reason of that?

Hi juan

There are Two types of lots which are available as per inspection type.

1.stock posting can be done.(Ex 01,04,08)--->called stock relevent

2.stock posting can not be done(Ex 03,89 etc)-->non-stock relevent

When you create a manual lot(in QA01) in SAP it is alway non stock relevent.

also this can be seen throuugh "Post to inspection stock" indicator is not available in 89 type of inspection.so stock posting can not be done.

Thanks for your response. I understand that is a Standard design.

But in order to explain this to my customer, Do you have any link related to?

What would be your advice if we need use inspection lot manually and need Stock inspection?

What would be the procedure to implement?

Try either of the following User Exit

QEVA0001 Enhancement: Quantity posting for usage decision

QEVA0005 User subscreen for displaying add. data for usage decision

QEVA0006 Entry to usage decision transactions
