Mass Delete TRANSFER ORDERS

Hi experts,

Help needed. Several deliveries were created by mistake and eventually Transfer Orders were also created. Need to delete all those deliveries and transfer Orders.

Is there a way to mass delete Transfer Orders. I have checked LT15 / LT16, none of them works for me. There are thousands of TOs to be cancelled. I have the delivery number list.

Any suggestions are welcome.

"None of them works" means you cannot cancel the TO or you cannot use it for mass process?

Are the TOs confirmed?

If not, you can use LT15 with LSMW or you can confirm them and use LT0G for cancellation.

If the TOs are confirmed, the mentioned LT0G helps.

Please be aware of that LT0G cannot be used if stock determination is active.

(Maybe there are better methodes but I'm not aware of it at the moment)

If you have configured LL01 report ,can you please check whether you have option of cancelling TO's?

Used Custom Program which would be handy if this happens next time.

To answer Csaba, I cannot use it for mass deletion. I'll wait by tomorrow and proceed with LSMW of LT15.

LL tcode doesn't help big time as these deliveries are for multiple WH.

Hi,

Check whether they are visible in the LL01 warehouse monitor. From there, you might be able to do a mass selection and mass cancelation.
