Authorization error-IB access

Hi All,

When I'm trying to access XI server remotely(throgh rdp outside firewall) it is working fine..

But when I'm accessing client server within firewall i'm unable access it is giving error as

" Authorization error; unknown user name or incorrect password "

Hi Venu,

Another suggestion would be establishing a VPN Connection. You'll not face this error as you are virtually in the other network!
