Hi all,
I am trying to test surveys in Process Control 2.5
At the moment, I created several questions and associated them to a survey.
I used the scheduler to generate a case but this one stay on status "planning"
Problem could be workflows but how can we test it?Any ideas?
Regards,
Julien
Hi Julien
Please go to the IMG-GRC Process Control->Administration Programs->Execute Administration Progtam for PC workflows-AD hoc Start of Assesments/Tests.
Enter the Org unit,Task ID,Time frame and year and execute.
Select all the objects in the display list and click on the Assesment button to restart the wokflows.
Wait for sometime and refersh the plan in the planer .The status should be changed to complete now.
Please let me know if you have any issues.
Thanks
Debraj

hi Debraj,
Thank you for your answer.
I did not find all the cases in that list (even using the good selection criteria).
I find another case than a survey. After executing the assesment I have this dump:
Exception condition "SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE" raised
A RAISE statement in the program "CL_EXITHANDLER================CP" raised the
exception
condition "SINGLE_EXIT_MULTIPLY_ACTIVE".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.
Short description of exception condition:
For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use
Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called
function module from the display of active calls.
I already noticed today, that when I schedule a new survey, I always have also this issue in ST22.
Hi Julian
Can you please perform the following check in your PC 2.5 system ?
Check whether all the case entries are green in SPRO->GRC Process Control->Cases->Check Customizing for Case management.
Check whether SPRO->GRC Process Control->Workflow->Perfom Automatic Workflow Customizing ->Maintain Runtime environment node is all green.(All the tasks under maintain runtime environment should have green ok sign at the left hand side)
Please see whether you have any active BADI implemented in your PC 2.5 system. If any BADI implementation is activated please deactivate it and try again.
Let me know if it solves your problem.
Thanks
Debraj Roy
