Hi all,

My Sender side is SOAP ,Suddenly it got inactive.

I tried reactivating the scenario, restarting the CC in RWB still it shows in active.

I even tried to refresh the cache, same result.

Any clues,why this is happening.

Thanks,

Srinivasa

Yes,It was working good.

We had Service pack upgradation from sp09 to sp17,3 weeks back.

After the upgradation i dint check this scenario.

As this is SOAP I am not involved when the scenario runs. The user came up with the issue that he is not receiving data yesterday.

Stop and restart SOAP Adapter from visual Admin.

Check the scenario again..........

Was there a recent XI restart or soap service restart? At that time, the soap channels could become inactive. Run the scenarios again and check if it is working now. Are other soap channels working?
