Dear Experts,

We want to create one new UD code ' Hold ' without valuation and this UD code should post the stock to a specific storage location . In selected set ' 3' system is not allowing to add code ' HOLD ' as non-valuated.

1.You can use User Exit QEVA0001 Precisly for posting quantity to a storage location.

2.Second option is tedious but useful ...

accept the lot ,after AH(accepted with hold) -->to any storage location.then you can use MB1B transfer that material to specific storage location.

Thanks for your help. One final clarification , AH(accepted with hold) , this one do you mean by unrestricted with blocked batch status ?

Hi

After AH you can put material to unrestricated with block batch status--->this is 350 mvt with blocking specifically batch( When you are using batch mgt)

Instead you can use dirctly 321 mv t(unrestricted).

One more thing...You must be knowing that storage location appear in UD screen is from PO.

when you are doing stck posting ....you can change the storage location by changing storage location(F4) near field of unrestricted or so.(Provided that storage location is assigned to material)

Hi ....

If you set indicator of selected set in "Define catalo type", the codes that are contained in the selected set must be valuated with 'Acceptance' or 'Rejection'.

ie go to QCC0>Qulity planning->Basic data->define catalo type->select 03 >disply--

>You will se Valuation is Gray. that means when tou are creating selected set for Catlog 03 type ...valuation is mandetory.

One option is keep valuation accpeted and post to storage location.

How to post automatically the Hold stock to a particular storage location . I dont want to put in blocked.
